KRL-FOT type detuned capacitor bank for dynamic loads
FOT type detuned thyristor Power Factor Correction system
Detuned thyristor controlled power factor correction units for high polluted networks and dynamic loads. On request, different phase assignments and outdoor versions are also available. The FOTP type does not include automatic control and can be customized to meet specific requirements. For step (stage) optimization, a 75 kvar unit is also available. The thyristors switch capacitors to the grid at zero transition, extending their lifetime. Rapid compensation in up to 40 ms.
Cabinet: standing, exact size depends on power level (height x width x depth):
- up to 175 kvar: 2000 x 600 x 600 mm2
- up to 250 kvar: 2200 x 600 x 600 mm2
